2007-12-26 - 9:38 a.m. el-oh-el-a lo-la So far being 30 has been so much awesome & also so hard that it's almost a wash. But the awesome is almost edging out the major, major suckage. If you can believe it. My sister & I decided no presents this year, as any fun money & then some has gone to certain family members who are parents, dammit. However my boss wasn't in the know & made me the sweetest green hat. The pattern is the Amelia Earhart. Just imagine it! Yes, exactly like that. It's fantstic. Oh and then well, it makes me cringe & cry with excitement all at the same time, kind of like my whole year so far, actually, now that I think about it, but my dear sweet best friend of a boyfriend bought us tickets to go to Mexico. Over my birthday in April. !!! All the homegirls should come down. 4/23 - 4/30. I'm thinking of cruising around the Yucatan for a couple days & spending Saturday - Wednesday on Isla. I'm just sayin'.
