2006-04-15 - 8:56 a.m. el updateo Sup. Things are crazy changing these days. The gorgeous, unseasonably warm spring weather this week has made me feel happier than I have in months. Yet at the same time, my best girl is having the hardest time of her life (almost maybe. cannot speak for her.) Thank goodness for the weather and for karaoke at dive bars or it'd be head in the oven time, no doubt. Last week I went to a reptilefest and held a 100-lb. snake. Then I kissed it. With my mouth. Then realized I shouldn't have, prolly. Last night I missed out on dinner with hungryghost b/c I had to do a major favor for my mom. Super sad about that. Doy. I'm not super into updating this silly thing, though of course I am sure you're all (all 1 of you) wishing I did! riiiiight. But I still enjoy reading the few of the ones who do update. So yeah. What's up dland is 74 years old. Oh speaking of which--I'll be 29 in a couple of weeks. WHAT? Christ. Welp, my McDreamy is getting up now and we have some major bronch to go eat on this lovely, lovely spring morning. Go Cubs! Go Bulls! Go Grand Street Gardens! Go Skirts! Go Palmers lotion!
